    Very good advice. ;)

I struggle with the one about taking advice from someone who profits from your decision. Because I plan to have advertising on my site, not the pay per click thing, but the monthly fee kind of thing. *I* know that I’ll only accept money from companies that I believe in, and I’ll probably do a post for each of them, explaining why I like them, but people who don’t really know me may not believe that I’m not giving advice to make my advertisers happy.

It’s sad that you don’t ever really know who to trust.

I love this! People too often do not think about whose advice they are taking and when it doesn’t work out, they wonder why!
